About the studies
As a society, we not only want instant gratification- we expect it. But growing in our relationship with Christ isn’t necessarily quick. There is no instant download to encountering God.
These studies don’t skim the surface, but go deep into the truths of Scripture. We don’t have time for fluff!
Together we’re going to see the pages of the Bible come alive- and see the God of the Bible become more a part of our everyday experience as a result.
Each book includes:
7 weeks of studies, with a journaling prayer section at the end of each day
5 to 8 questions each day for further study and reflection
“History Lessons” providing background context
Guidance on how to best use online word study and commentary resources
Cross-references to show how verses or stories fit within the larger story of God
Finding your place in God’s Story
The lineage of Jesus is FULL of surprising, imperfect people, but perhaps none more so than the five women memorialized in Matthew 1. Every one of these women is just like us: Resoundingly ordinary, tainted by sin, and yet UNEXPECTEDLY USED to change the world!

No Matter Where You Are, You’re Leading
We so often define leaders as those charismatic people up front, the ones with all the authority. But leadership is influence—not a title, but rather those places and ways where we are given the privilege of having a voice. That means in your family, friendships, work, church—wherever you have the opportunity to influence perspective and conversations, you’re leading.
The book of Joshua is overflowing with insights and guidance for how to lead well. As we dive deep into Joshua’s life, we will see where he succeeded and take to heart where he could have done better. Whatever stage you’re in and in whatever capacity you lead, I know you want to do it well. Let’s learn together.

The Light In the In-Between
Whatever hard thing we’re facing, we have a choice to walk with God . . . or not. We can say Yes through the darkness or we can let the darkness envelop us. People love the Psalms for its passages of praise, but it’s also known for lament.
This study is about that in-between space—walking from the lament and into the praise. How do we walk through the difficulty and live in expectation that He will move, believing we will see light because He is the Light? Yes, this is a study about the Psalms. But it’s more than that. It’s seeing the fuller picture. It’s finding the light in it all.

What Are You Hustling For?
We glorify busyness. We hustle, hoping to gain approval and find acceptance. Yet most of us simply hustle our way to burnout. But what if it’s only pointless hustle that leads to burnout? What if meaningful struggle can lead us to growth and depth and even joy?
The apostle Paul understood hustle—and struggle—better than most. While in prison, where we’d expect him to be burned out and depressed, he wrote a letter to his Philippian friends seeking to build them up, a letter filled with encouragement to live in authenticity, unity, and community.
We might feel that life is trying to bury us . . . but what we forget is that each of us is a seed. Philippians will show us how we can grow deep roots and blossom by finding the meaning in our struggle.

If we want to be bold women who love God deeply, we must be women of Scripture.
I’m passionate about helping women be Biblically literate, to change the world in the name of Jesus.
You’ll want to pick up these books because they’re beautiful and different than the others. But you’ll stick with them because of the depth and reliability. We’ll learn the history and unpack the Greek and Hebrew. But here’s the thing... it won’t be boring! It will be interesting, personal, and relatable.
Let’s show society that today’s generation of women after the heart of Jesus are bold, engaging, compassionate, and authentic. But guess what...we can be tastemakers and trend-setters at the same time.
