an awesome design tool (when you don't know illustrator)
My best friend texted me this morning, asking how to make an image to use on her Instagram page...but didn't know where to start.
She had some really fun ideas in her head that she wanted to create, but didn't know how.

You see all these great graphics on Facebook, blogs, Instagram, etc but don't have the time (or expense) to learn Illustrator, right?
How about something FREE.
And something that has loads of tutorials.
And that is (gasp!) simple to use!!
Well, check out the fantastic site, CANVA.
I know, you're excited. I was too when I'd found it awhile back!
I do all my work on Illustrator now but back before I had any idea what I was doing, I used it all the time.
The things you can make are completely endless!
Facebook covers, photo collages, square images for instagram, posters, invitations, and on and on...
Now I do have to warn you...I did say it's free.
But there are things that you can purchase.
(I've never spent a cent though, so you may not have to either!)
There are loads of tutorials in their design school, but they also send you an email + videos on how to use it when you sign up.
There are also fun tips on their Instagram feed.
