How do we set ourselves up for success each evening so we can enjoy a productive tomorrow? And not just productive, but a happier, lighter, more joy-filled day? The key is how you spend your last hour the night before. While many may think the first hour of your day is the most important, it’s actually the hour before you go to bed! Here’s a simple, 5-minute exercise to try before you fall asleep tonight:

Minute 1: Write down 3 things you are thankful for today.
Minute 2: Write down what you’ve accomplished today.

Minute 3: Assess how you did today.

Minute 4: What is one thing you did today that got you closer to your goal?

Minute 5: What would you like to accomplish tomorrow?
