our favorite salmon recipe {ever}
Maybe it's because I'm from the Pacific Northwest {Seattle to be exact}, but I could eat salmon every night of the week.
This one is my absolute favorite...and Ben's...and the kids'.
Combine lemon juice, olive oil {I use avocado oil}, dijon mustard {I use beer mustard}, garlic, cayenne pepper, dried basil, dried dill, and capers into a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Place salmon skin-side down in a baking dish & pour the sauce over the fish.
Bake at 375 for around 20 minutes, or until the fish is light and flaky.
